ICC Charge Accounts

The ICC has accounts at certain area businesses for your convenience.  The cost of purchases made at these locations are mailed directly to the Maintenance Office for payment.   The authorized buyers do not need to spend out of pocket money.  These businesses have an updated list of authorized buyers mailed to them twice per year (S/S & F/W).

The house Maintenance Manager and President are the only automatically authorized house members that can purchase maintenance related items for your home.  Your Maintenance Manager can authorize other house members to be placed on the authorized buyer list.  This can happen at designated times only, usually twice per year at the Fall and Spring Maintenance Manager Training sessions.

ICC Tax Exempt Form - The ICC is a tax exempt organization.  Use this form, if necessary, when purchasing on ICC Maintenance charge accounts.
