MaintCom: Voting Process Flow Chart

Flow chart below represents a Maintenance Project Proposal.  Projects will be presented, discussed, and voted on in the following fashion.

• Note:  Projects can be tabled by a vote, the committee can request it be tabled, or if it is over $8000 (and has not gone through Devo) it must be tabled at its first meeting.
