King house has the best deal on apartments in Ann Arbor. There is typically a waitlist for membership in King House, assignments are determined by ICC seniority, with a preference for students. King contracts are for 12 months, September-August. Apartments are not furnished, however kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and on site parking are available. Each apartment also comes with wireless internet.
King is required to contribute to the ICC governance structure by electing a president to sit on the ICC board. King also encourages members to either sit on an ICC committee or work in the ICC office to provide the required labor. Other jobs at the house include: yard maintenance, maintenance manager, purchasing supplies, and treasurer.
