Ruths' Cooperative House

Ruths' is a cozy little house tucked away in the North State St. area. This section of town is just north of campus and is home to many grad students and young professionals as well as undergraduates, it tends to be a little more mature than the dense undergraduate neighborhoods to the south of campus. Although Ruths' encourages a mature and responsible atmosphere, we have lots of fun and throw a party every once in a while. Ruths' is a small house, so if you live here you will probably get to know your housemates very well. The high proportion of single rooms makes Ruths' an attractive option for co-opers. If you would like to have a fun, festive, creative environment without having to come home to a sink full of dirty dishes, Ruths' may be the place for you.
