Additional Donation Information
If you would like to specify a designation for your online or mailed donation, please indicate you’d like your donation to go toward one of the following:
- The Alumni Fund – to maintain historical continuity and a sense of history for current ICC members, allow alumni to reconnect with the ICC and other alumni through events, emails, and publications, and generate other resources for the benefit of the ICC.
- The A.K. Stevens Expansion Fund – to build up cash reserves to be used as equity in the purchase or construction of land and/or facilities that will increase the number of members served.
- The Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Fund – to assist members with financial need
- The Luther and Joan Buchele Sustainability Fund – to assist with improvements that make our houses more energy efficient and to comply with Green Rental Housing Ordinance requirements
- Major Maintenance – goes to our Capital Investment Reserve, to be used for major renovations at our houses and large critical maintenance projects.
- General Unrestricted – To be used at the ICC’s discretion for any legal purpose.
