Providing affordable student housing since 1932

Education & Training

Education is a vital component of living within our cooperative homes.
Principle 5 of the Rochdale Principles states:

Cooperatives shall constantly educate their members, employees, and the public in the principles and practices of cooperation, both economic and democratic.

In addition to our cooperative values, the ICC is a registered 501 C 3 Non-Profit. That means the Federal Government and the State of Michigan recognize the impact our educational programming has not only on our members but our community at large.

Take a few moments to peruse the plethora of resources available to our new co-opers as well as training support for all of our super co-oper house leaders.
