2021-2022 Fall/Winter Housing: New members
Contract signing information for prospective members not currently living in the ICC
The Inter-Cooperative Council is still accepting applications from new members for the 2021-2022 contract period. Please read the information below carefully before completing an application.
- Fall term (August 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021) is currently full; select spaces may become available over time.
- Winter term (January 1, 2022 to May 1, 2022) has limited availability.
All new members are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee of $25. We will credit this payment towards your ICC Membership Fee of $100, which will be charged at time of signing. New members will be directed to pay this fee after creating an account and completing an ICC application. We will not process your application without payment.
The ICC strongly encourages prospective members to take a digital tour of any house they are interested in. Houses can be contacted via email.
