2022 Winter Housing and Availability

General information (Current and new members)

The ICC has singles and doubles available for housing for our Winter 2022 term.

Winter term contract dates are January 1, 2022 to May 1, 2022. The amount due at time of signing will include $500 for ICC Membership Shares, $100 for the ICC Membership Fee, and pro-rated charges for any contract that starts after the  5th of any month.

House information (please read carefully)

Baker Graduate, Escher, and King Apartment House spaces are room specific. A contract for these houses will include a specific room number.

For all other houses, room occupancy and room assignments (single, double, triple) will be determined at the house level, regardless of member request. Room assignments will happen at room pick meetings in April 2021.

Please note that available rooms have gender requirements based on existing roommate preference. You can view this by clicking on the available space(s) below.

If an available room indicates “any” under its gender preference, please contact the house president for the specifics of this designation (ex: if this means the existing roommate requires a non-binary identifying roommate, if the room is empty and any gender can apply, or if the existing roommate has no gender preference for a prospective roommate).

The Housing Department processes applications first-come-first-serve and will assign reservations to the first applicant who meets the gender requirement for the available space.
