2021-2022 Fall/Winter Housing: New members
Contract signing information for prospective members not currently living in the ICC
The Inter-Cooperative Council is now accepting applications from new members for the 2021-2022 contract period. Please read the information below before carefully before completing an application.
All new members are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee of $25. We will credit this payment towards your ICC Membership Fee of $100, which will be charged at time of signing. New members will be directed to pay this fee after creating an account and completing an ICC application. We will not process your application without payment.
Due to uncertainty resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the ICC is allowing new members to reserve a space, without signing a contract now. This reservation is non-binding. Signing of your ICC Membership Agreement and Contract will begin in January 2021. We will contact you in early January to schedule remote signing.
The ICC strongly encourages prospective members to take a digital tour of any house they are interested in. Houses can be contacted via email.
