2024-25 (Spring/summer and Fall/winter)

The ICC will begin accepting applications and issuing 2024-2025 contracts to new and current members according to the following dates:

Current member applications (Early Bird contracts): November 15, 2023
New, Past Returning, and Current member applications (standard contracts): January 3, 2023
New, Past Returning, and Current member applications (Spring/summer only standard contracts): March 4, 2024

The Housing Department will email detailed contract signing information directly to current members, and posted on our website for new members.

2024-25 charges (rates or “rent”) will be posted shortly.
