Maintenance Team


Structure

Staff Representative: Maintenance Director
Members: All Maintenance Managers from all houses


Purposes

  1. Train and educate Maintenance Managers on the skills necessary to maintain a house and in general ICC maintenance issues.
  2. Ensure that all houses are well maintained, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance, and that all maintenance problems are being handled properly.
  3. Make connections between maintenance managers and encourage learning from each other.
  4. Propose house-specific projects. The funding for these projects must be approved by the Facilities Management Committee.


Important Info:

Meetings are roughly every other Tuesday at 7:00pm. All houses must send a representative to the maintenance meeting or they will be fined (minimum $15/hr). If your house is unable to find a representative, you must notify the ICC Maintenance Director at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
