||All Maintenance Managers from all houses
- Train and educate Maintenance Managers on the skills necessary to maintain a house and in general ICC maintenance issues.
- Ensure that all houses are well maintained, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance, and that all maintenance problems are being handled properly.
- Make connections between maintenance managers and encourage learning from each other.
- Propose house-specific projects. The funding for these projects must be approved by the Facilities Management Committee.
Meetings are roughly every other Tuesday at 7:00pm. All houses must send a representative to the maintenance meeting or they will be fined (minimum $15/hr). If your house is unable to find a representative, you must notify the ICC Maintenance Director at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
