Maintenance Director

As Maintenance Director, Geoff's responsibilities include managing house renovations from large to small. He trains and assists houses in maintaining and improving their homes by conducting skill training sessions and working with members to solve specific house issues. Geoff works with staff and contractors to address more technical projects and with city inspectors to ensure we stay up to housing code. He is also responsible for the development of the ICC Maintenance website and its contents.
Maintenance RFA Coordinator
Audrey Moran
Audrey is our primary staff member for addressing RFA's (house maintenance requests). She is our lead in many areas including appliance repair, pest control, house tool rentals, and more.
Maintenance Technician
Danny Edwards
Danny is one of our resident contractors, an expert in carpentry, drywall, and various other trades. He works in various areas of Maintenance including house improvement projects and preparing for housing inspections.
