New and seasoned co-opers alike are invited to join us for a series of webinars on cooperative housing fundamentals!
All webinars are free for NASCO members and sliding scale for non-members. These will be recorded and sent to registrants, so please sign up even if you can’t make it.

In this webinar, we’ll provide a brief history and introduction to the cooperative movement, define different types of co-ops, discuss the benefits and challenges of housing cooperatives, and share some of our favorite co-op fun facts. We’ll follow the webinar with a short guided discussion.

In this webinar, we’ll define what a board of directors is, discuss the purpose of a board, and detail the specific responsibilities of board members in their organizations. We’ll follow up the webinar with a 1-hour clinic to help you address the specifics at your co-op.

Co-op members who understand their budget are more empowered to make informed decisions about their co-op’s finances and voice their opinions surrounding financial planning and management. Join us for Budget Fluency if you’d like to learn how to better understand your budget! We’ll end with a guided discussion and Q&A.
