Strategic Plan Update

ICC will be making a Strategic Plan this Summer
All Members are invited to participate in the development of ICC’s strategic plan for the next three years.
More specific details will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.

Some of the questions that will be answered are:

• How has ICC being doing as an organization over the last few years?
• What initiatives are underway now?
• What should we focus on for the next three years?
• How can we tell if we are successful?
