General Information
- Debt: No one may sign a contract if they owe over $200 to the ICC or to any ICC house unless in compliance with an existing payment plan approved by the Finance Committee.
- Proof of student status: Current members must provide either a printed copy of either their current term or future term (when applicable) class schedule.
- Non-students: Non-students must be re-approved by their house. click here to fill the approval form
- Holding over: Holding over past the end of the Winter term into the Spring term can only be done signing a STEC contract.
Available Contracts
Winter 2015
- Winter only: January 1, 2015-May 3, 2015
- Non-Standards: available
Fall/winter 2015-16
- Fall/winter: September 3, 2015-May 1, 2016
- Fall only: September 3, 2015-December 31, 2015 ($500 fee)
- Winter only: January 1, 2016-May 1, 2016
- Non-standard: Available October 1st
- A non-standard contract is defined as a contract for a minimum of one month that does not qualify as a standard contract or a standard contract with a modified start date.
- All applicable fees and charges for non-standard contracts are due at signing.
- No non-standard contract may extend past the end of the Summer.
- Non-standard contracts for Spring/summer, including Summer Programs approved by the Membership Committee, may not be signed until April 1st.
How to renew your contract (Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer)

- You should receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of completing the form.
- Contracts will be posted to your Rent Manager account (same place as where you log in to pay monthly charges
- Print out the contract, sign, and return to the office in person, by scan, or by fax. Picture copies of the contract will not accepted.

- August 18th: All waitlist expire

General Information
- Debt: No one may sign a contract if they owe over $200 to the ICC or to any ICC house unless in compliance with an existing payment plan approved by the Finance Committee. Contracts will be voided if a member has a balance over $200, regardless of payment plan arrangements.

- Proof of student status: Current members must provide either a printed copy of either their current winter term or future fall term class schedule. Spring term class schedules are preferred but not necessary. Non-students must be re-approved by their house prior to signing, and the approval must be on file at the ICC Front Desk before a contract will be offered. - Room choices: During the Spring and Summer contract periods, every central campus contract will be for a single room and members will be charged the monthly rate for a single room. In order for members to be charged the double rate they must have a roommate, signed a double room contract, and have the room confirmed by the house president and treasurer.
- Boarding: The following houses will be designated boarding houses for the Spring/Summer contracting period:Black Elk, Michigan, Nakamura, and Escher.
- Summer programs: The ICC host several summer programs during the spring/summer term. They include, but are not limited to, ICPSR, Global Reach, and Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program. Attendees of these are full ICC members and have the same rights and responsibilities.
- Holding over: Holding over past the end of the summer contract is strictly prohibited. Contract extensions are not available.

- Spring only (May 4-June 27)
- Summer only (June 28-August 22)
- Non-standard
- A non-standard contract is defined as a contract for a minimum of one month that does not qualify as a standard contract or a standard contract with a modified start date.
- All applicable fees and charges for non-standard contracts are due at signing.
- No non-standard contract may extend past the end of the Summer.
- Non-standard contracts for Spring/Summer, including Summer Programs approved by the Membership Committee, may not be signed until April 1st.
- S.T.E.C.S
- A Short term extension contract (S.T.E.C) defined as a contract for a minimum of one day and a maximum of two weeks.
- All applicable charges for S.T.E.C contracts are due at signing. Charges are based on a house’s Winter term daily rate. There is no reduction for signing in a double room.
- No S.T.E.C contract may extend past two weeks
- S.T.E.C contracts may not be signed until April 15th.
