Share Returns

Online Share Return Form

Shares are returned twice a year(March and October). If your last contract period falls anytime in Fall or Winter terms, your shares are returned the following October. If your last contract period falls any time during the Spring or Summer terms, you can expect your share check in March of the following year. After you move out of the ICC you should fill out the online share return form. It is from this form that we will know where to send your shares and alumni information.

Because the ICC can have a lien against the member's shares for all debts to the ICC or to any ICC house, any money you owe to the house or to the ICC will be deducted or assessed from your shares before reimbursement. By this same principle, if you overpaid or are owed money from the house or ICC as a rebate, that amount will be added to your shares.

Mail Forwarding

The US Postal Service classifies the ICC as a group dwelling, like a residence hall, and so does *not* forward mail from our addresses. The ICC doesn't forward mail either. You are responsible for contacting the individuals and organizations that send you mail and update your address with them. You should also leave your forwarding address with your house president, secretary, or key-holder and any other house officers who handle the mail. You could leave envelopes and stamps so that they can forward it to you for a certain period of time, usually no more than 4 months. You could also ask them to hold your mail for that time too if you are able to come back to pick it up.
