DART RFA

The Dispute Assistance and Resolution Team (D.A.R.T.) is an advisory team of ICC members and staff, which supports the efforts of members and houses seeking resolution for various concerns, problems, and disputes. DART promotes a culture of dispute resolution in the ICC which is consistent, balanced, and fair. DART does not typically engage directly in the dispute resolution process, but encourages members to be proactive, creative, and peaceful in addressing issues and resolving concerns. DART can provide guidelines, processes, and at times mediation to members and/or houses. Filling out this Request for Assistance (RFA) form will initiate our collaboration. You will receive a confirmation message after completing this form, and will hear from the DART Chair within three days. Only the DART Chair and General Manager will see the RFA. From there, the case will be assigned to individuals in the DART team who are not familiar with the House and/or people involved. If the matter concerns the DART Chair, send a separate e-mail directly to the General Manager (gm@icc.coop) Any member can submit an RFA.
