2020 Spring/summer Housing: New members

(Contract signing information for prospective members not currently living in the ICC.)

The ICC is now accepting applications from new members for the 2020 spring/summer contract period. Here is information and the steps to follow to sign a contract:

Learn about the ICC. The ICC is a unique living community. Learning about how we work will ensure an enjoyable stay.

Our Houses:  Each house has its own unique house culture (vegetarian, pet free, location). Click here to read about our houses, then narrow down your house choices to 4 or 5

Contracts and availability:  The ICC offers standard (fixed dates) and non standard contracts. Click on Spring only and/or Summer only for house availability. Houses may be available for spring term and summer term, or spring term but not summer term. please check both contract periods.

  Standard Contract dates:

Spring/Summer: May 4, 2020 to August 21, 2020;

Spring only: May 4, 2020 to June 27, 2020;

Summer only: June 29, 2020 to August 21, 2020

  Non-standard contracts will be available April 15 dates.

Charges:   Cost in the ICC are not the same as other off campus housing companies. Click here to read how they work and what charges are for the term.

Complete the application:  Narrow down your housing choices to three, and fill out the ICC application.  Perspective 2020 spring/summer members are not required to pay the $25 Application fee; they should select Pay Later in the drop-down menu. In-person appointments are not required to signing ICC spring/summer contracts and pay the ICC Membership Shares and Membership Fee.  New members will be emailed the contract and payment instructions upon receipt of their application.
