Please follow the processes below (valid at the time of this form creation.) For UM Students:
On Wolverine Access, go to Financial Aid Information >> 2026 Aid Year >> Award Notices (*not Award Summary*), and you should see an "Official Award Notice" or "Revised Award Notice" for the 2026 Aid Year ( Summer 2026). Select "View/Print" for the most recent notice, then Control+P or Command+P to open the Print information screen. For "Destination", select "Save as PDF" and download the file, then upload it here.
FOR EMU STUDENTS:
Go to my.emich.edu >> Click on the Financial Aid Tab >> Click Award >> Select Aid Year (pick applicable Aid Year) >> Click Award Overview Tab. Please upload a screenshot of the entire webpage.
FOR OTHER STUDENTS:
Submit an official financial aid notice from your university that states your total tuition for the term as well as any scholarships or grants you may receive.
Note: If you have not received your official financial aid letter for the spring/summer 2026 Academic term or are not currently enrolled, please provide your financial aid information from 2025-2026. The Finance Committee asks that you submit your summer award letter as soon as you receive it by emailing it to vp.finance@icc.coop. You will receive a preliminary ICC scholarship award notice, but your scholarship will only be applied to your account once the Finance Committee receives your official financial aid letter.
