Marceline is a Junior at the University of Michigan majoring in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. A member of the ICC since fall 2024, Marceline has served as a maintenance manager at Sojourner Truth House, working closely with house members and their co-maintenance manager to ensure things in the house run smoothly. As VP of Diversity and Justice, they are working to provide a platform for marginalized groups within the ICC and promote accessibility within the organization, aiming to uphold the integrity of the ICC as a safe and inclusive space.

McKinney joined the ICC team as the Director of Member Services in 2014. After seven fun-filled “seasons” of figuring out 75 years of history and what exactly a “member service” was, they’ve transitioned to a new role. McKinney is ready and willing to tackle a massive barrier the organization faces. . . COMMUNICATION. Since the pandemic took priority over operations, McKinney will hit the ground running this Spring/Summer 2021 as the newly minted Director of Communications. McKinney is primarily responsible for Communication Strategy and Knowledge Management Support. They hope to achieve organizational goals by working cooperatively with the Communications Coordinator and Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment. McKinney hopes to dismantle the silos of central operations and remind members that they are in fact empowered to lead one of the oldest and somewhat largest student housing co-ops in the country. Molly has lived at the ICC for around 3 years, with signed contracts at a total of 4 different houses. This is her second year as Vice President of Education, and this year she intends on improving the Social Chair team, ensuring that New Member Orientation is as accessible and informative as it can be, and has a focus on conflict resolution & emergency response through our Committee on Conflict Resolution. Pink Flowers is a Black trans artist, pleasure activist, and educator working at the intersection of performance, liberation, and collective healing. Her practice draws from ancient shamanic traditions, African trickster cosmologies, and the Brazilian Joker lineage of Augusto Boal, transforming theatre into a living laboratory for justice, imagination, and embodied freedom.

Pink integrates Theater of the Oppressed, Art of Hosting, Navajo Peacemaking, and anti-oppression frameworks into dynamic processes for group healing, conflict transformation, and civic engagement. Her work invites communities not just to talk about change — but to rehearse it.

She is the founder of the award-winning Falconworks Theater Company, a popular theatre collective dedicated to building civic capacity and advancing social transformation. Under her leadership, Falconworks has used performance as a tool to interrogate racial capitalism, economic democracy, and community power — earning recognition, awards, and citations for public service.

Pink has served as faculty at Montclair State University and Pace University and as a company member of Shakespeare in Detroit, bridging classical performance with contemporary political theatre. Across institutions and grassroots spaces alike, she is known for making complex systems visible — and for reminding us that joy itself is a revolutionary act.

Ron is the staff member to contact for any and all contract questions. This includes contract signing and contract release request for both current and prospective ICC members. He advises Membership Committee on any necessary rule updates to make the contract signing process as smooth as possible, and trains all house presidents on contract signing processes. Ron supervises the Front Desk, which is staffed by ICC members from every house. The Front Desk answers all emails and phone calls regarding housing availability, general housing inquiries, merchandise sales, and rental of the ICC truck.

Sully joined the co-ops in 2023 and has yet to tire of their magic. In his first year, he served as Work Manager at MichMinnie’s, then served as House President for two years after. A recent graduate of the University of Michigan, Sully is now applying to medical school and working in a lung cancer research lab while serving as ICC President.

As ICC President, Sully is the chair of the Board of Directors, the Coordinating Committee (CoCo), and the Emergency House Operations Team (EHOT). He is responsible for providing organizational oversight, governance support, and strategic leadership to the ICC.
