2025-26 Contract signing information-new members

The ICC will begin accepting applications from new members for the 2025-26 contract period 12:01 AM EST Monday, January 6, 2025. Applications received before that date and time will be processed after applications submitted correctly, even if applicants have paid the $25 application fee.

New members can start the ICC contract signing process by completing the following steps:

  1. Read the Reasons Why ICC and Co-op section of our website, especially our FAQs.
  2. Read the sample ICC Contract.
  3. Contact the House President if you have house-specific questions. Our house leaders are available by email only. It is the semester break, so replies may be slow.
  4. If you will not be a student after April 30 2025, begin the non-student approval process by completing this form.

Additional information

  • The ICC has not set rates for 2025-26 yet. Please use our 2024-25 rates as a guide for funds needed for charges (rent) when applying for future financial aid.
  • Members who sign for 2025-26 and 2026 Spring/summer will receive a 3-5% charge discount.
  • At time of signing, new members will need to pay $600, which consist of $500 for Member Shares (refundable) and $100 Membership Fee (non-refundable). The $25 application fee will be credited towards the $100 Membership Fee.
  • Contracts available to sign
    • Fall/winter (August 22, 2025-May 3, 2026)+ Spring/summer (May 4, 2026-Agust 21, 2026)
    • Fall/winter (August 22, 2025-May 3, 2026)
    • Fall Term (August 22, 2025-December 31, 2025)
      • Not available in all houses
      • Available to new members beginning May 5, 2025.
  • Room selections are based on house seniority rules.
