2025-26 Availability

Here is a listing of available ICC spaces for the 2025-26 Fall/winter contract period

Fall/winter contract dates are  August 22, 2025 to May 3, 2026. There are a limited number of Fall Term Contracts (August 22, 2025 to December 31, 2025).

 

Member Costs Explanation

$500 for ICC Membership Shares and  $100 for the ICC Membership Fee are due at time of signing.

Individual house monthly charges are listed below. Charges are due on the 1st of each month (except May).

 

Available Spaces Explanation

Baker Graduate, Escher, and King Apartment House spaces are room specific. Availability listed below will display the actual room open for signing.

All other ICC Houses use an internal room selection process. Individual house room assignment rules can be found in their respective House Constitutions.
