2025-26 Housing

The Inter-Cooperative Council will begin accepting applications and issuing contracts for the 2025-26 contract period on the following dates:

• Current members (members with a 2024-25, Fall 2024 or Winter 2025 contract):
  • Early Bird signing period
    • Applications:  November 11, 2024-December 17, 2024
    • Contract signing: November 12, 2024-December 18, 2024

• • Standard signing period:
    • Applications: January 6, 2025
    • Contract signing: January 8, 2025

• New and Past Returning Members:
  • No Early Bird option

• • Standard signing period:
    • Applications:  January 6, 2025
    • Contract signing appointments: January 10, 2025
